We work with individuals who have experienced trauma both recently and or in the past. Anxiety, fear, shame, and hopelessness are just a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. Together, we will work to overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of healing with trauma therapy. We primarily use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to treat trauma.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through therapy and treatment, we can recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
All you need a good Wifi connection and a private space! Telehealth is a great option for those who don't want to waste time commuting, have a busy schedule, and prefer therapy in the comfort of their home.
